Warranty & Returns

AGIT commitment and policy

At AGIT, our commitment to quality and customer service is unparalleled!

We offer a wide range of products and services to best fit your needs. Here’s how we can make your parts procurement process a success:

Shipping:

  • AGIT ships via UPS, free ground shipping for orders with a subtotal of $999+
  • To reduce shipping costs, speak to your sales representative about bundling more products or arranging special cases (e.g. small but urgent orders).

Technical Support:

  • Technical support is available to help with any question or issue you encounter during the installation of your replacement part.
  • Tutorial videos and phone support are available upon request. Please send any requests to service@agit.ca

Customer Service – Damaged Items:

  • Items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at your facility. Please save all packaging.
  • Contact service@agit.ca for assistance with damaged items.

Customer Service – Missing Items:

  • Items missing from your order must be reported within 5 days of delivery at your facility.
  • Contact service@agit.ca for assistance with missing items.

Warranty Information – Defects:

  • 1-year warranty on AC adapters, batteries, and motherboards against defects.
  • 1-year warranty on all repairs.
  • Limited Lifetime warranty on all other products against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Excludes cracks or incidental damages obtained from general use and wear.
  • A functional, compatible item will be sent as replacement for the defective item.

Warranty Information – Returns:

  • Shipping fee may be waived depending on type of return
  • Wrong part - functional: 60 days
  • No longer needed: 60 Days
    • In the spirit of partnership, we do not apply restocking fees on our returns as our competitors do.

Limitations:

AGIT reserves the right to deny credit upon receipt of items if any of the following occur:

  • After inspection, our technicians find that the part is not an AGIT product.
  • Part incurs damage during transit due to improper packaging by the customer. Please follow proper packaging practices as directed.
